Shipments and returns


Majestic Global NZ Ltd makes every effort to ensure your product is carefully packed and shipped in a safe and secure manner. Fastway is our transporter of choice for orders 20kgs or under. Majestic Global NZ Ltd uses Fastway service which also provides additional security and tracking options.

For larger orders over 20kgs our courier of choice is Mainstream.  Please note that both of these two couriers cannot deliver to post office boxes.  It is important you chose a delivery address in which someone will be able to accept and sign for the delivery.

Freight costs are always charged at the higher rate between the actual and cubic weight.  All freight costs quoted on our website include all shipping, handling and insurance costs.

All our products listed on this website are designed for Internet Sales only; we do not have a pick up options available.

Returns Policy:

Majestic Global NZ Ltd will offer a 7day return policy from date of purchase if the product is defective in any manner. All returns need to be emailed to for an authorisation number prior to return, without this authorisation number Majestic Global NZ has the rights to charge an admin fee of 10% of the value of goods for processing.

Faulty or Damaged Goods:

Majestic will replace the product within 7 days of date of purchase if the product was identified as damaged in transit (photos will be required with your email).

Refunds and Returns:

The conditions are that the product 1. Must be returned in the same packaging, in an “As New” condition. 2. All parts and accessories must be included. Any parts not included will be deducted from the credit. 3. You the customer pays the return freight. 4. The credit will not include your original freight charge – you will only be refunded the value of the product.
